Welcome to the  DSxHE's Download; our monthly virtual meet up!

These are open to anyone in the world, no matter what your level of experience and background. They are really just an informal opportunity to meet fellow DSxHE-ers and learn a few new things :-)

This month, we have a *special edition* of the Download. We'll hear from just one speaker to make room for a festive quiz, and as well as our usual online attendees we'll have local hubs dialling in from Bristol, London and Manchester, where community members will have congregated. The format is the same every month and goes like:

1) Quick fire intros for all those in attendance

2) A host (any member of the community can host!) who presents a project, paper, blog, company, video or podcast on something to do with data science and health equity that they found interesting recently

3) We have a wonderful meandering discussion on some of the themes covered

4) We reconvene to say goodbye until next time (and hopefully get a few volunteers to host next month's!)
