About the event

📣 We cordially invite you to join us for the inaugural Statistical Methods for Health Equity Edit-a-thon! 🌍✨

We would like to invite you to participate in the first ever Statistical Methods for Health Equity Edit-a-thon organised by the DSxHE Statistical Methods Theme.. As part of our visionary "Landscape" Project, we wish to construct a comprehensive database of esteemed individuals in the field, fostering collaboration among distinguished researchers. By participating in this Edit-a-thon, you will have the exceptional opportunity to collaborate, contribute to the expansion of the database, and actively shape the direction for the Statistical Methods for Health Equity theme.

The Edit-a-thon will be conducted over 30 minutes, during which we will collaboratively work on expanding the database: you will be able to add your collaborators and academic role models as well as give your input on the design of the database itself. Our goal is to create a comprehensive resource that will serve as a valuable reference for researchers and practitioners in the field for years to come. The event will provide an informal environment for collaborative working, community building and starting point for potential collaboration.

In addition to the Edit-a-thon, we have thoughtfully curated a captivating series of panel discussions, thought-provoking presentations, and interactive workshops. These sessions aim to cultivate a vibrant sense of community, ignite captivating dialogues, and facilitate the exchange of knowledge among brilliant minds in the field. Your exceptional research insights and distinct perspective will undoubtedly enrich these discussions, elevating the collective wisdom of our esteemed community.

If you are interested in participating, we kindly request you to RSVP.

We look forward to working with you on the Statistical Methods for Health Equity Edit-a-thon.
